#30 : (April 3): Vocabulary quiz 23 & 24; Read The Importance of Being Earnest, Act I; put your three favorite lines on a card; assign individual reading project
#31: (April 7): Earnest, Act II. Another bookmark, either quotes and notes or notes on a character or scene; multiple-choice quiz #5
#32: (April 8 & 9): Earnest, Act III + bookmark
#33: (April 10): introduce vocabulary lessons 25 & 26;  Earnest presentations, part 1
#34: (April 14): Earnest performance assignment ,part 2
#35: (April 16): Vocabulary quiz 25 & 26
#36: (April 17 & 20): Bring your reading books to class. Individual reading time. “Progress” notes due at end of hour.
#37:(April 21): Multiple-choice AP test (60 minutes); read your books as homework
#38: (April 23): Introduce vocabulary lessons 27 & 28; reading period
#39: (April 27): Finish books over the weekend; multiple choice and essay scoring exercise
